The Entelos Hypertension PhysioLab® is a dynamic mathematical physiological model that represents the comprehensive systems biology of the circulatory system in a variety of patient phenotypes. It captures and simulates the detailed pathophysiology of hypertension and chronic kidney disease. The model enables researchers to measure multiple clinical outputs in virtual patients.
The model can be used to predict the efficacy of a variety of antihypertensive therapies on a diverse set of patient phenotypes and predict patterns of long-term disease progression. The model supports target and biomarker selection, species translation, clinical trial design and patient stratification objectives.
