Entelos.com

Entelos is an in silico modeling company, with proprietary mechanistic mathematical models of human and animal physiology that predict disease progression and the effects of therapeutic intervention.

In the early 1990s, the founders of Entelos postulated that the concepts of simulation and decision-support technologies developed by the U.S. aerospace and military industries could be beneficial to the research and development efforts of pharmaceutical companies. With this in mind, they developed a new predictive biosimulation technology, patenting it as the PhysioLab® platform, and officially founded Entelos in 1996.

Today, Entelos is a premier biosimulation company, partnering with large and small organizations around the world. With our help, our clients and collaborators are recognizing the efficiencies of better decision-making based on better predictions.
